04Can I tell you what I do not like?+
Yes. You can tell us which colors, details or styles you would rather avoid. We want the surprise to still feel thoughtful and personal.
05Will my BetterHalo look exactly like the photos?+
Not always. Our photos show the BetterHalo mood and design direction. Because each piece is handmade in small batches, your surprise may have its own combination and small variations.
06How long will my order take?+
BetterHalo pieces are prepared with care, so processing may take a little longer than a mass-produced accessory. The current processing and delivery estimate will be shown with your order details.
